The Club Baseball team at North Carolina State University is an affiliate of the National Club Baseball Association (NCBA) and member of the South Mid Atlantic Conference. The Wolfpack has been a perennial powerhouse since joining the NCBA in the fall of 2001, reaching 5 World Series in 8 years. Craig Allen takes over head coaching duties from Matt Tunnell, who led the Pack to a 174-68 record over 8 years. The Pack is the reining South Atlantic North Conference and Southeast Atlantic Regional champions. The program has produced 10 NCBA All-Americans and a National Runner Up finish in 2004. In 2008, the Wolfpack posted a 26-10 record, had 11 players named All-Region, and finished the season ranked fourth nationally. The Wolfpack had 9 players named All-Region in 2009.
The 2009-2010 team will be coached by Craig Allen, Don Bernard and Derek Coombs.
The Club Baseball program gives students the opportunity to play organized college baseball at a highly competitive level without the time demands of a varsity sport while earning a degree from North Carolina State University.
